This is based on the ebook system you guys are using, it's atrocious to say the least. Second ebook I've purchased and the this time it's worse than the first time. Would never recommend anyone to purchase any ebook from you
They are usually very expensive compared to the other stores and they also take very long to order books if they don't have it in stock.
Receive no email response for days . When I do receive a email response , then books are quoted which I have not ordered or listed in my list . No feedback is received on when I can expect to receive my oustanding books and the service in store was very poor and rude. As a new client who drove all the way from Lichtenburg to by my books , I feel disappointed.
If I could have I would have given 0 stars. Van Schaik bookstore in Potchefstroom has definitely seen the last of me. I have never been more mistreated in my entire life. Pathetic service to say the least. Please try Protea instead, at least they offer you more service than attitude. I am shocked to say the least.
Big variety of books, stationary, educational textbooks etc. but they are a bit expensive.
Went to your store 3 weeks ago and filled in a paper with the books i want with the promise that you will let me know when they arrive and how much they will be. I still have not heard anything. How can you firstly NOT have the required books and how can your service be sooooo poor that i still have not received an email from you. Quite dissapointed... would have thought it would meen more clients letting them know when you have stock... especially in these times...
Good stationery shop, just some big price differences for books when compared to local bookstores in potch. I'm glad they always have that book I need or tell me when to come back.
Cashier was rude to me. Being referred to as an "object" by one of the cashiers. I despise disrespect.
Although they offer a wide variety of items, that I couldn’t find anywhere else, for an artist that buys their equipment it will be extremely expensive. As well, they do not offer assistance or any help. Their attitude was very negative.
