Great Customer service. But I am not happy that the lace frontal I came to install is lifting in less than 24 hours. I was also told about one price R150 when I enquired and then had to pay another when I was in the chair.R250 Now I am not happy and I do not trust that they can fix my hair... I am just scared they are going to make it worse instead of better .

They have friendly staff members, and are good with customers.

It good salon and reasonable, and also help black children to do hair at a lower cost

Went in for a hair cut style came out with Chiskop coz my dresser was busy talking n nipped the hair line, specifically told him in don’t like trim, but he went overbourd with that. Now I’m left clean shaven in freezing Estcourt weather. I was at Mvelo pmb Branch. I paid the full amount , wrote on the comments sheet and left, knowing I will never subject myself to such poor service ever.
