Incredible Connection

This store will forever be my favorite tech store. Specifically, this one, I love the employees in this store they are like a family and treat you so well. Thank you, management. Even though I'm struggling to get credit with you but it's alright.

My husband loves Incredible Connection. He buys all his computer things there. The staff are friendly and the client service are great.

Maybe they could invest in a inverter or something. With electricity shortage all business is bad I know. But I had to wait a long time an hour and a half plus for them to open on 26th Oct Bloemfontein branch. A lot of customers called elsewhere and they lost business... just saying ... Service was great though!

I just want to know how can you put your playstation games on special when you do not have stock?It's been 3 months now that you do not have stock on Gta The Trilogy.Overall everything else is fine.

Extremely disappointed I bought a Tablet and its screen stop working after 20 days. They just stick with their 14 day return policy. I will think twice next time.

The store has been closed since yesterday due to load shedding, management should really consider getting generators.

Got there at 5pm and was already closed, should update the times if they're not accurate. Petrol really isn't cheap these days.

Extremely dissatisfied. Still awaiting payment for product that I returned 8 December 2022 !
