Ingaadi offers first class treatments with extremely well-trained and friendly therapists. We cater for all special occassions where private function rooms can be provided for larger groups. Ingaadi is perfect for corporate groups as well as individual guests. Our packages vary from individual treatments to full day and half day packages and every Friday night we offer an African Night Escape.

Ingaadi not only offers world class spa facilities but is also a Function and Wedding venue which can accommodate up to 300 guests and over looks the picturesque landscapes.

Our Four Star accommodation is also perfect for a getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We have 5 chalets and one Honeymoon Suite.

Lovely location, great concept. The treatments were fabulous...especially the head and neck massage!! The two stars lost were for some house-keeping points. The establishment could improve on the welcome, service at breakfast and explanation of what the day entailed. Also, it is advisable to have a screen/curtain separating the guests for the head and neck massages - it is somewhat uncomfortable having us all treated in the same room.
We came as staff function, massages were fine, however, I took my necklace off, put it aside and forgot about it. Called the next day and no one can find it! They said they have been looking for it but no one gets back to me to confirm anything whether it was found or not. I was told a client must have stolen it. Which is bizarre to me. I tried calling the numbers on the website, but no answer and the one number does not exist. I have left an email so I’m hoping I get a response soon.
Worst place ever, I don’t recommend it. The only thing I enjoyed was the massage but accommodation was horrible. The rooms were dusty and the worst part was that we had no hot water to bath as the water was ice cold. The sheet had what seemed to be blood stains and the TV had no signal. There was no iron, mini fridge or microwave in the room. The massage rooms could be a bit cleaner with good quality towels. I’m definitely never going back. The food was also very underwhelming, cheap meals like butternut, rice and chicken breast. We’re also not give the snack mentioned on the package.
Good evening. We and couple of our friends stayed there this weekend and we had the WORST experience ever. The rooms were dusty I did not even want to drink out of the mugs then the towls are in terrible condition our friends actually had black marks on theirs our additional blanket on the bed has a brown undertone and you can smell its dirty clearly does not get washed. The closets doors are in terrible condition there is NO SIGN saying we needed to switch on the gas geyser and we got there very late on Friday and did not even notice it had gas. The following morning I had to walk outside in my towel to go switch it on again and the preasure is so bad I could not even wash my hair I had to go to a salon close by. Then the restaurant staff is absolutely terrible at service we need to ask to be served when we get coffee it is without a spoon and milk waited another 10 min after asking for the milk to actally get the milk so the coffee is cold already. Get unequal quanity of toast without butter again need to ask. No condiments gets offered again have to ask. We will never make use of this accomodation again or refer anyone for R1200 a night you kind of know what to expect and we were soooo dissapointed.
Had our squash club year end there. Beautiful place and friendly staff. Prices where OK. Only downside far away from umber. But that's not their fault
We visited Ingaadi spa for our wedding anniversary. The place is beautiful and set in a tranquil forest. The massages were good. The bathroom close to the massage room was very untidy. The staff were also a bit unprofessional and seemed as if it was an inconvenience for them to do the treatments this is nothing against the spa but more the staff. Will recommend that the staff also wash their slippers a bit more often as my husband said that he could smell the therapists feet.
The tranquility was on another level. Beautiful spot hidden in a mini forest alongside a dam. Refreshing experience indeed.
Really a lovely venue! Set in what feels like the forrest, nature is all around you. It was chilly for us but we got all the blankets & hot water bottles one could ask for. I can just imagine how lovely it would be in summer. The staff are great, the food is good although way too much - breakfast, lunch & snack are full meals and our hostess for the day, Princess, was an absolute delight. I will be back!
Beautiful venue. Staff is so friendly and efficient. The treatments were wonderful. What a spoil.
I think the weather played a role on the day. It has been unpleasantly cold and moving between sessions to various rooms was not ideal. You warm up in front of the fire during treatments only to get cold on the way and during your next session. Perhaps looking at the process and the amenities the establishment can come up with a creative way to solve for this.
