The treatment was ok. Then you have to take a shower. The shower not working well. Water overflowing everywhere.  This makes the experience not so nice. Kindly sort out the bathroom facilities.

It was my first time doing  Thai massage  so I ddnt know  what to expect  overall  I got great relief  after doing it . I ddnt enjoy the process  but I enjoyed  the results  I think  that's how it should  be .

I wish to report back after my review on Soul Thai in Silver lakes.  I received a call from the owner apologizing profusely on my unhappy experience.  It was clear from the conversation that she genuinely cares about her client's experiences. She was at the branch investigating the issues raised in my review.  However, it should be noted that one needs to specifically ask for the Thai therapist when booking an appointment to avoid any misunderstandings. It does not mean that the massages done by any of the other therapists are not just as good. It's just me and my preference.  I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated an invitation to a complimentary massage with the Thai therapist to make up for my birthday disappointment.  Needless to say, I enjoyed every moment of my massage, as I did in previous years. Friendly staff, great service, pleasant warm room, warm bed and covers, clean dry towels and hot water for my feet, all very welcome especially during winter. I was also treated to tea and cake.  I plan to book massages for both my son and daughter this week who also need to de-stress and just enjoy.  Thank you Soul Thai - Silver Lakes, for the wonderful experience and looking forward to my next go to massage fix.  Kind Regards Rani Seeger

Receptionist comes over as professional, but the establishment seems to ignore website bookings. Masseuse is not professional or well trained and the massage is far from a Thai massage. Unless there are some major changes, I will not support them again.

I had an amazing massage, will definitely go again

I got good service there from lovely ladies. They even offered me a cake on my birthday.  Got in with all kinds of feelings all over my body, got out feeling like myself again.. who knew massages can relieve headaches

Amazing from the service receptionist Ronnell, superstar. She so kind and very helpful, goes out of her way to assist customers. Will definitely go back soon very soon. I'm a happy soul right now with their therapists, the treatment wow amazing.
