To the team at inMotion Flowers, I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Lize. Not only did she bring to my attention that I had accidentally made an error in my ordering quantity but she also arranged an immediate refund. As for the speed of the service, I was blown away when my family messaged me just a short time later to say that they had received their items. I would most certainly use inMotion Flowers again and would highly recommend them.

I was so exceptionally impressed! I contacted another gift delivery company, who was adamant that Sameday delivery services were unreliable. Other businesses really need to take a lesson from these guys on customer service. Lize & Brendon are great! There was a slight problem with my order being delivered and they went above and beyond in order to make the situation right. The flowers arrived and my mother was delighted with them. I live in Seattle, USA. My wife is currently in Durban and will be moving here soon. I used inMotion Flowers to send her a beautiful Mother's Day bouquet and chocolate. They were delivered to her work on time and were positively stunning. Beyond my expectations. Moreover, I had made an error on my order and accidently ordered 2 chocolate gifts. Lize immediately emailed me to check if this was an error or not and we had it all fixed. Great customer service Lize!!!!

I ordered the pink roses online for my daughter in Stellenbosch for her birthday 27/09. When the company there delivered peach roses I queried the change in colour with Lize from Flowers for Africa Inmotion Flowers and she confirmed that they should have delivered pink roses not peach and would look into the matter for me. Today 28/09 my daughter received another bunch of roses pink at no extra costs to us. I am impressed beyond words with the level of customer satisfaction this company delivers. It is not the first time I've ordered flowers through them and it certainly is not the last time either.
