Good day, I send in a complaint to Inuka about a perfume whose scent doesn't last at all. When you spray then the smell is briefly there. I took the perfume back and they tested it. Called the manufacturer and they said there was nothing wrong with it, as it is a new batch. They came down with the one the customer purchased and one from their shelf. They tested it in front of me and the lady explained the scent. All good and well and let me smell it too. I told her that the smell is very faint and does not last. Inuka was not even open to exchanging the perfume for something else with the same value. I left their office unsatisfied and I had to explain to my new customer now that they see nothing wrong as they are right. The following day I used the perfume, cause normally when I walked into the office people would ask me what perfume I'm wearing today. Nothing, I had to ask them, could you smell the perfume I'm wearing today and they confirm no sorry. In the future, I will not recommend this perfume to any of my customers as it will cost me money. I now had to decide to refund my customer or buy another perfume to give to her. What happened to the customer being right?
