We have access to the various Deeds Offices in the country which enables us to ascertain if the debtor is the owner of any immovable property.
We also have access to the Companies Office which enables us to ascertain whether the Debtor has any interest in corporate entities. We are also able to conduct full searches on corporate debtors at the Companies Office to ascertain registered addresses, names and addresses of directors / members, and names and addresses of Auditors.
