The place itself looks nice BUT I would recommend you read the big Disclaimer at the gate, they genuinely do not care about your safety, wellbeing or any of your vehicles. My vehicle was damaged as a result of poor maintenance of the property and I was literally shown to the big Disclaimer at the gate. If you can see on the pictures this piece landed on my car and I had to bear the costs of fixing my car. Anyway if you care about your safety I would not advise you to go stay there. I have attached the Disclaimer for your convenience as well. You will see it goes to an extent of mentioning that if you were to die due to their gross negligence, they would refuse to take any responsibility.

Very nice residential area. Away from the noise and all but still close enough to get to main roads, shops and malls. Apartments have two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Spacious braai area with a pool and 24 hour security with access control

Secure and very safe, has a swimming pool for residents and braai facility.

Very nice units and complex well maintained.  R 6800 for a 2 bed, 1bath, open plan kitchen and lounge.  Play area for kids and swimming pool in complex.

A nice view of O.R Tambo International Airport

Seems like the maintenance of the flats is very poor and some of the maintenance is the person that hire the flat's problem...

A friend stay there always nice and clean besides for certain people that can't control their noise

No pedestrian entrance. Not sure hw det is controlled. Very quiet. Units bit small.

What a peaceful place to stay

Gardens are well kept and overall the cleanliness standard of the complex is high, there is no noise from the neighbours. Security control access is also good.
