In an economy where everyone is struggling, the attitude we just received was absolutely beyond pathetic. We came to buy a watch for a 21st birthday. We drove specifically to be at the mall early, to not be exposed. We have been loyal customers to Jade Jewelers for years. Easily having spent close to 100k. We saw them unpacking jewelry and waited until 9. We ran to two clothing shops to pick up 2 essential things we needed to return. To the store at 9:25. After confirming with my mother which one to buy, we passed her the banking card while the guy was watching her through the window. When she walked up to the open door, he proceeded to tell us to wait another 10 minutes as they were not yet ready. We turned around from what would have been a definite R6000 sale.
Such friendly staff well to help and don't get frustrated at all. And there gift wrapping is wonderful.
Rude in the way they deal with customers , they act as if they are doing you a favour . if you want a great experience rather go elsewhere
