The staff in the store are decieving and refuse to cancel a deposit on a ring. They insist they can only do an exchange or refund when they have cash in the store. So if they receive no cash in the next 6 months I would be expected to wait. The other stern stores say this is not the case. I'm really disappointed

I am so disappointed about their service i made an online purchase and paid a delivery fee when the package was delivered i noticed the problem as soon as i unpack the box one of the pusher on the watch was damaged i immediately contacted their customer service for an exchanged they send me to my nearest Sterns store for an exchange when i get to their store i was advised that they don't have store the. now i am stuck with a damaged watch while i paid for it and the delivery. I believe the store should have checked the product before sending it to the customer.

Would never recommend this store. The moment I walked in absolutely no one from the 3 employees bothered to assist. A forced greeting is what I got from the lady unpacking rings into displays. Spent 15mins just waiting for someone to help. Seemed like it was more of an issue to be there than actual interest in customer's. Anyway, walked out and went straight to American Swiss and was a million times happier.

Terrible service and poor communication towards clients. I have been waiting for three months for my order where I have gotten no feedback on the order. I had to go to a store twice to find out what is happening with my order and they could not give me an answer!

Chloe was extremely helpful and Friendly with great Customer service. This young Lady has a bright Future ahead of her. Working in retail myself, I understand the pressure staff like her go through. Thank you.

Sterns East Rand Mall. Honestly do not recommend had the worst experience ever. Bought a ring for R1499-00 and sent it in to be resized. They told me it takes 3 working days arrived. Arrived at the shop today to find out when the ring will be there and was told it take 4-5 working days after arriving back at the office received a call to collect the ring. Upon collection the ring was just dropped in my hand didn’t even get it in a box. The ring was also not resized which I paid R300-00 for. It’s still way too big. Honestly so upset and do not recommend

Never answer the phone. Don't respond to website inquiries. Just another useless Sterns store just like Greenstone. Don't waste your time with them.

When you need more than just jewelry this is the place.Friendly and professional service from all staff members also very understanding on the clients needs.There's not a big range of jewelry but what they have is beautiful and affordable on most pieces

Very bad service .. will never buy sterns again or refer clients there ... They are very unreliable and they are just behind your money. We bought an engagement ring that had already sent him twice because of stones falling out and the third time the stone fell out and then we returned the ring. VERY VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!!!
