These guys are useless, customer service is non existence. On top of that they also damaged my car bringing it from their workshop which is in the 4th floor of a building with steep and tight driveways..

Service at this dealership is tops. The guys know there stuff and when I needed advice on my disco 4 and they were so helpful. Highly recommended these guys compared to the other dealerships I've been to.
I have been trying for several weeks to resolve parts and a few other issues with my Jaguar F type... eventually I gave up and went to Cape Town in person.... Finally the parts were ordered and I was promised I will receive a call when parts arrive as well as my vehicle will be booked in.... Today after about a 3 weeks gone by , I called again to understand what is happening..... First I am told they do not know what I am talking about, then they find the parts.... been there for a while but they did not know what to do with it...... SERIOUSLY!!!!!!
If only I could give 0 stars. When you want to buy, they promise you heaven on earth. Afterwards? Nothing. The most simple requests only get attended to after having to follow up at least once. Actioning of said requests only happens when you start throwing your toys. No acknowledgement that they dropped the ball, no apology. Worst service I’ve ever received and just so hugely disappointing. Will never buy from this branch again. And they managed to ruin Jaguars for me as well, a brand I’ve always admired.
