Dealing with Johann Ehrensperger. He doesn't get back to me and this is NOT a good characteristic of being a travel agent.  I will NEVER use this agency ever again.  I will also NOT advise anyone to do business with them if you wish to be contacted by your Jeffreys Bay Travel agent.

Such friendly cusotmer focussed proficiency that Johan demonstrated throughout their amazing service in scheduling sourcing, booking and promptly issueing a series of connecting flights form CT to Dallas FW, via Doha. This was all done within 18-hrs and Johan went OUT of his way and late into the night to ensure my itinary was secured and that I was happy.  Engela you have  star agency and am sure Johan is one of your key agents.
