First time I took my car here, they seemed to be having an off day in terms of quality of work. The called me shortly after to apologise though and gave me a voucher which was really good customer service. Second time around they did a pretty good job.

They offer reasonable price with efficient service. Leave your car here while shop grocery in the mall, then you can go home with your clean and shiny car.

Excellent customer service from the staff - they were friendly, professional and efficient - but my car wasn't washed very well. I'm happy with the dashboard and steering wheel treatment and with the tire treatment but the upholstery wasn't vacuumed thoroughly and there were still water stains all over the body.

Had 2 hours to clean the car, and yet still needing me to show them all the areas they didn’t clean. They didn’t touch the entire boot, which I specifically pointed out due to the dog hair. And after showing them how to put the wipers into maintenance mode so they don’t chip my bonnet, they still managed to do so. Left with a dirty damaged car, all to be told I need to wait 5 days for them to review the footage as they’re too busy. The garages honestly do a better job for cheaper.Services: Delivery

Gave them a try as I was at the mall but it was a first and last time. Took the R219 package with black trim detailing etc. On my return after 5 hours the car was still dirty could still write my name in the tail lights and rear window, dirt and bugs that I could just rub off where still on the front bumper and bonnet. Roof trim was not detailed. Side trims were only half detailed. When I pointed it out they quickly got the guys over with some clothes but in all honesty the car just needed to be washed again. Really disappointing

First time I used their services and will never again. Cleaning was more or less ok, but found a dent and scratches on the hood when I got home. Totally unacceptable, at least you expect to get your car back in the same condition as you left it.

Standers wash very happy with But the supper valet was not very happy with their where marks on dash Thay said Thay could not get out I took it out with a light rub of scotch bright. Thay also did not clean the air vents and in the corner of my for Windows a little duster Bruch would have done the trick

I gave this a try for the maybe 5th time. Every time I stated what was not done and what I was unhappy with the last time just so they can improve their service. Yesterday I paid R299 for a wash and polish and what a disappointment again. R299 is not particularly cheap and you would expect professional service. What a bad car wash I had!!
