The stuff are such nice people , from front desk all the way to the nurses. I transferred there from Mpumalanga for my ANC check ups and they didn’t even out cast me. Very satisfied

The quality of service is really bad. Most nurses don't know how to talk to people. They are rude judgment people.... They deserve 0 stars. A change needs to be made. These nurses treat people like trash like they are above everything and everyone.

They will treat you but they take their time the other thing they don't provide you with the medication needed even if they have it in stock only to go to a private doctor and got to be told that you were supposed to be given a certain med as first aid they have them which are for state use but they don't deliver to people

Queue are usually very long in the morning but the service is reasonably fast since the queue is never on a stand till for long periods of time

I went to the hospital and they gave me treatment. I came back a few days later because I felt worse and they refused to assist me because I've consulted with them a few days before. When I asked for them to run more tests on me the doctor told me that I'm not a doctor hence they won't help me

Service is satisfactory but at the pharmacy,it's unacceptable because we don't get the medication that we are prescribed for,I'm an old age State pensioner and I can't afford to buy those medications

I see that some people received good service hence the good rating that they are giving or perhaps we were not at the same department. The department that I went to had... I don't want to say rude nurses, but there was this one nurse in particular, she was plain rude and disrespectful. I respect the elderly, she's old enough to be my grandmother, but the things that she was saying and her attitude were really uncalled for. I was rudely dismissed, and had to go somewhere else to get assistance which I did. I don't understand why people become nurses if they know that they are rude, disrespectful, bitter, impatient and insensitive.  No human being deserves to be treated that way, they don't know anything about human dignity and it hurts.

You definitely wait and its time consuming, but once you see the doctor, or the person you need to see the service is excellant. You need to remember that they are a state hospital and they give you free health care, you can not expect vip treatment, because they serve 1000's of people every day, the staff is tired and over worked, but they try and help you as fast as possible so that you don't have to go back, they don't want money from you like private doctors, they don't want you to go back, so if you are picky and can afford a private doctor then you can go there but if you want free health care then you must sit and be patient, and wait for the right people so see you. Yes the staff is not friendly and they are rude sometimes, but you need to remember if you ask them in witch queue you need to stand, they are probably answering the same question for the 100th time that day. So listen when they speak and ask the rest of the patients, they are always willing to help. And if you are friendly with the staff and greet them like n normal human, and treat them with respect, they will probably also treat you with respect. So i am a patient person and i can not afford medical aid, so i would go to them any day when i am sick and need health care, and if you are in need i will recomend anyone to go to them because despite the staff, the doctors and healthcare professionals know what they are doing.

Staff are rude.. Needed help for depression haii they don't listen... And they swore me.... There was nobody to even go complain too.. I was crying.. Maybe if I tried killing myself In front of them.. Maybe then they would help

Refused an ambulance be discharge.  A certain department also very rude medical staff, doctor included. If I could give a minus 10 I would.  Its also dirty and cant use the toilets.  Gave me mrficine I told them Im alkergic too.  I almost died
