I love this product having used the 5 day juice cleanse before. Found I was really struggling post surgery in May with side effects from the anaesthetic that left me struggling to keep food down. I ordered a 5 day juice cleanse and am on my 4 day with my body getting the necessary nutrients and skin feeling great.
I have tried both the 3 day and 5 day juice and soup cleanse and have always finished feeling so amazing and proud of myself for getting through it. The first two days are always the most tricky, but if you set your mind to it, you will achieve anything. It’s a great cleanse to reset your eating habits, and kick start your “right food” mentality. The 5 Day Juice and Soup programme was easy to stick to as the juices, soups and the nut milk are more than enough for the day. The cravings for the junk foods are there, but thanks to Fiona's daily support and encouragement, I was able to finish the programme without deviating one bit. I woke up on day 6 not craving any junk food, even the thought of it doesn't exite me at all.
Today is my last cleanse day. Gosh it’s been more challenging than I thought, but showed me exactly why I needed to do this cleanse and gain control of what I am putting inside my mouth. I absolutely loved my 3 Day Juice and Soup Cleanse! I cannot believe that just after 3 days it made such a massive improvement on my body and mind. The 1st day was a breeze, the 2nd day was easy too but I was bit more tired than usual and the 3rd day I experienced the "juice high", I woke up energized and so clear-headed. The juices and soups were all delicious, I actually ordered 22 more individual 340ml juices to keep on hand and my boyfriend went to Die Boord Spar in Stellenbosch and bought some for both of us so we have some while we wait for the 22 to arrive. The detox teas were also incredibly good, I ordered a month supply after this cleanse, I love how it wakes you up and keeps you focused for the day. Today is the 3rd day after my cleanse and I am still feeling the benefits! I'm feeling very light and my bloating is gone. My digestive system feels renewed, if that makes sense.
