I will never regret the day we walked past Willow Way Fitness in Somerset-West. From the first day the owners of Willow Way Fitness Somerset-West invited us to join a 3 day free training session with them and after day one we were hooked!  The attention to detail that they as coaches give us every movement of training and motivation to get better every week tells an awesome story about them.They really care about every single person and want you to succeed.  The people are friendly and the motivation level is something that you need to experience for yourself. The bathrooms are clean and spacious.  I have been training at other gyms before,but Willow Way Fitness Somerset-West is by far the best and it is next level to push you even beyond. I take off my hat to the owners JP and Alida, they are truly awesome coaches

Amazing Gym! The High level coaching has really assisted me in expanding my fitness knowledge and pushing myself to levels of endurance and strength beyond which I would could achieve by myself. The class is so much fun and having just moved to Cape Town,l couldn’t ask for a more welcoming and friendly environment! These classes are suited for all levels of fitness and with the expert coaching you will be guided to achieve your goals! Love this place !

Willow Way is the BEST place to train! And the coaches are amazing! They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.  I have improved so much since I’ve started training with them. Definitely the best part of my day!

Such an awesome facility with great members and even beter coaches. The programming is always on point and suitable to everybody, from beginners to more experienced members. If you have any doubts about getting started, just drop in for a free trial and experience it for yourself.
