Khaya Inyoni is a lovely bush lodge situated in the Emanzini Private Reserve, on the shores of the Albert Falls Dam. The reserve offers a variety of antelope and small wildlife, and over 190 species of water and land birds. The lodge is a wonderful place to stay for people interested in bird watching and living close to nature in a quiet bushveld setting. Guests can walk or cycle around the reserve.
Accommodation is offered in a spacious double guest room, the Hoopoe Room. The room has its own en-suite bathroom and its own deck. Guests will be provided with a hot breakfast, light lunch and simple dinner.
The lodge itself is spacious with an open-plan living area, a fireplace and game viewing and bird watching deck. The lodge has a thatched roof with bushveld all around, creating an authentic bush living environment.
Your hosts will be happy to show you around the reserve, and will be will be present throughout your stay to try and help make your stay enjoyable.
Access to the reserve is controlled by a gate and the reserve is fenced with an electric game fence. The lodge itself is not fenced and such the antelope come quite close to the lodge.
