KHAYA KWA

The best service I received at any pub or restaurant in the whole Limpopo. The owner Sandra is always very friendly and makes sure that Khaya Kwa gives you as customer the best experience. Thank you Sandra and Khaya Kwa staff for a fantastic evening. KEEP THE SETTINGS AS IT IS YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!! The best pitza in the whole of Thabazimbi.

Superb!!!!! We were 8 Adults and 2 kids and ordered different food off your menu. We received our food together and it was delicious. Nice playground for the kids. Will definately visit again.

Waited 45 mins to order food and drinks then left. Service does not exist. Other families left at the same time we did with similar complaints so it’s not just us being difficult. Place also filthy.

Amazing food, great service and such a nice atmosphere

We had eaten early breakfast and then spent the day in the park, so when we exited at 6pm, we were famished. Khaya Kwa is just opposite the gate to Marakele and I had heard a lot of good things about them. Every single one of them was justified. The food on the menu may seem like pub grub, but it is all absolutely delicious. We had nuggets, halloumi, potato skins, the pork ribs and a Gordon Bleu yes , we were starving every item was finger licking good. I wish I could have eaten it all, but we did end up with some leftovers as portion sizes are very generous. The staff was so patient with us and accommodating. I don't like sweet sauces on my meat, and asked if I could have the ribs in a spicy sauce. She did warn me that the ribs were marinated in a slightly sweet rub, but she would request the chef to baste it with peri peri sauce. Worked out perfectly. Sandra runs a beautiful establishment with lovely staff, when we visited we felt as welcome as though we were favourite family. The place is very popular at peak times, we went at an odd time and easily got a table, you may need to book a table at peak time though.

Lovely chilled place with a view of grazing kudu, springbok and a family of house cats playing in the grass. Food - superb, well priced. Kid-friendliness: Swimming pool ready for the kids Parking: Lots of parking available
