Recently dealt with Norman at the Spares department. He is a friendly face, and gives excellent service. He was so helpful and patient with me both times I visited there and when I called him. Kia definitely has a great employee in Norman, and he is a pleasure to deal with. In the past when I have dealt with the service department, and I also received excellent service from all the people I dealt with. Kia Edenvale you must be doing something right to have great people working there. I commend you and your staff for giving great service to your customers.
Everything went well. I was received warm and excellent. Staff were very friendly. However I had been misquoted over the phone. The reason I brought my vehicle in for service at KIA Edenvale was because nobody could match their service price eventhough it was out of my way from where I stay. After bringing it in, they said the discounts were already added and the lady didn't add the oil to the service amount, hence the price...strange. I would have got a better price at KIA Weltevredenpark. So people...just be careful when been quoted as people want the business but don't keep up to their word. UPDATE AFTER SERVICE: Next morning I checked oil level. They did not fill up the oil full! Hence I dropped the rating to 1 star.
I am laying a compliant. On my home yesturday rush hour traffic, while on the freeway going from Boksburg to Edenvale, I was almost hit twice once on the freeway itself and 2nd time turning onto Van Riebeeck Road going towards Edenvale, A Kia Edenvale car branding on the side with the number plate ending 22 CM GP, He had no regard of anyone's safety and drove recklessly.
I returned to Kia Edenvale a year later as it was time to service my vehicle again. Specifically checked who is now employed at the service centre. Booked the vehicle in and did not receive any confirmation, I was expected and received efficient and effective service from Baden. A breath of fresh air from 2022! To the DP, keep it up. The transformation is super.
Will never go back was told complete and utter nonsense about my vehicle needing vitally urgent repairs that was supposed to cost me well over R30 000. As a woman sadly being a victim of this scam before, I took the vehicle to my own trusted mechanic and confirmed no such repairs were or are necessary. The one repair they claim to have done they in fact did not. Again another sexist view that saw a mother with a small child and assumed she knows nothing about her vehicle. Offended completely.............
Ordered a part and was told it’s by head office on Friday. Up to now still waiting for the part because they are still waiting for paperwork to be sorted and I don’t understand how things work because I need that part urgently and someone can’t send the paperwork so that I can be able to get my part. In this time of technology I wonder why it’s taking more than 4 days to do the paperwork. I am not happy at all. It was in Cape Town so it’s not even about clearance or SARS issues

The service was exceptional and I'll definitely be sticking with you guys for the rest of my mechanical life. I'm really happy with how things were dealt with and I'll be back soon to fix the further defects identified on my car I'm super satisfied with the service. Thanks Faith and Henry! I'd definitely recommend anyone who wants to repair their car or service it. The service is totally amazing
Best service excellent genlteman by the name Baden Paulse carries the brand in his smile, good listener, attentive, attention to detail to what's required of a customer. A person not to lose, i appreciate excellent service with brand in your heart. Thank you Kia Edenvale.
Never going back there. Get charged for repairs. Two months later, the same problem.
