My experience with this dealership was exceptional. The car was in a good condition and reasonably priced. All parties in the value chain delivered efficient services and a delightful little handing-over-ceremony topped it off. The after-service however deserves my absolute gratitude. When the vehicle presented with a mechanical challenge, the dealership went beyond standard protocols to accommodate our needs whilst attending to the matter. I am stunned and delighted at the service standards. Sipho, thank you for your calm spirit. Mr Naidoo, thank you for your kindness. It was so much appreciated.

Two years ago I bought a vehicle from Sapphire and was highly impressed with their service. I returned to trade in my vehicle for a newer model and still they have exceeded my expectations. All teams on board worked together and made my deal happen within a day! Well done Sapphire Auto, I will gladly recommend you to many more customers

These people are fraudsters! I purchased a vehicle cash for R148 000 from them on the 07/10/21 and I still haven’t received my NATIS vehicle registration certificate. I can’t register the car in my name; the car currently doesn’t have a number plate and license disc, I have made all attempts to get my papers, but to no resolution. The salesperson, Sipho, was very happy about my purchase but he now doesn’t care. I’ve even contacted the owner, Shammy Naidoo, who I was hoping would resolve the matter but is very rude. I checked and I found out that the car actually belongs to ABSA bank. I don’t know what to do anymore, this is unfair, I feel they should just take the car back. It’s been over 7 months, and I haven’t driven it since the 29/10/21 as the temporary permit expired on the 28/10/21. I tried driving it once, fortunately I came across a traffic officer who just gave me a warning. Please do your research before buying a vehicle from these people.

Moloko Siima’s review was copied and pasted because you still haven’t resolved his matter. Kindly refrain from making threats because you will also be reported to the Ombudsman. Did you send my father any communication concerning the NATIS? Did you inform him that it’s now suddenly available and awaiting his instruction on collection or delivery? First of all, you sold him a vehicle knowing very well that it was still owned by ABSA. You knew you could get away with this because he purchased it cash and not through a bank. Secondly, my father waited months, months of begging you guys to give him what was rightfully his, but all you did was ignore his calls and emails. Can you drive a vehicle in South Africa without a licence disc and number plate? If the answer is NO, why don't you refund him and let him buy a vehicle from a reputable dealer? Lastly, do you even think about how this has possibly affected his family’s livelihood? Do you know how painful it is to see your father sick and having to start taking blood pressure medications because of this issue? This whole saga has brought nothing but shame to our family, from friends, neighbours and his colleagues; imagine buying a vehicle but it remains parked in a locked garage for almost 7 months. Kindly refund him all his money back!

In all my experiences of visiting various car dealerships, this one has been by far the best so far. All the staff are friendly, kind and always willing to help with any query or problem. They made me feel at home and I was comfortable doing business with them, my home away from home. They truly put meaning into their slogan "selling relationships not cars" Sapphire Auto deserves their 5 stars I award them!

I bought a second hand vehicle from Sapphire Auto on 2016-03-20. I received excellent, friendly service from everybody from the owner to the salesperson to the financing person. The dealership even included some welcome extras! They kept me posted on every aspect of the deal. Up to today, their after sales service was also prompt and friendly and efficient and some minor issues were sorted quickly and promptly.

I purchased a vehicle cash by Auto Sapphire, its a month and a half later and they are refusing to sent my E natis papers so can register the car in my name, even though i purchased the vehicle cash, they simply don't care. Please do your homework before buying a vehicle from these people are Fraudsters there is some scam going on.
