Kia-Ora Restaurant & Over Night Facilties

This was our family of 4 teens 18 & 14 first time to Austria and we were thrilled with Kia Ora! It was the perfect location for skiing and walking into town. We were there over Christmas and the inn was decorated so beautifully and the dinner on Christmas Eve was spectacular! My family is still raving about it! Christian and Anna are the absolute best hosts and were so kind to our entire family! We will definitely be back! It was a trip of a lifetime!

Absolutely amazing hotel, fantastic hosts and spotless rooms. Had the nicest stay and would go back again definitely without a doubt, great location for Flying Mozart lift and Spar is very close for snacks. Pizza’s are super nice, just downstairs if you fancy a chilled night after a long day. The breakfast is massive and really delicious, a selection of hot and cold foods, juices, coffee, tea and yogurts and fresh fruits! The local swimming pool isn’t far and even has an outdoor section which means you can swim in a heated pool while it’s snowing, pretty unreal! Thank you so much for a fantastic and warm welcoming stay… and Emma the spaniel is the cutest, don’t let her barks scare you haha

Our winter home away from home! When 5 teens want to return each year to Kia Ora…you return!!! Anna, Chris, and Margaret work so hard to make your experience at the Inn the best possible! Clean rooms, delicious meals, friendly smiles when you come in from a day of skiing, sledding, or sleigh rides. Love this place and think you will too!!!

Kia Ora is an appropriate name, we have been sincerely welcomed by the hosting team led by Anna and Christian. This is a small family friendly hotel run by a committed team of professionals who just get it right and as a result we have had a great stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended as an authentic Austrian guesthouse with a cosy family feel and a really good restaurant. I have been lucky enough to have travelled the ski world staying in places of all price brackets. I would choose to stay at Kia Ora because it gives you much that money can’t buy..heartfelt super friendly service from people who are are genuine and charming.

Best hotel in Wagrain by far! Perfect location in walking distance to lifts and downtown. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who speak English. Excellent food try the wood fired pizza or the Nutella calzone! and great bar for apres ski. Cannot wait to return!

I would describe Chris and Anna as the hostess with the mostess! They made my daughter Ella and myself very welcome from beginning to end , a relaxing holiday hotel after skiing with relaxing spa and delicious breakfast and evening meal. Chris loves to make his guests feel welcome with his bubbly charismatic charm and bubbly prosseco on arrival and for breakfast if you wish, I couldn't resist, it tasted that good! Emma is their family spanial also a delight to be around . I wish you a happy future with the birth of your first baby soon to be born and hope you make all your dreams come true. I've been there a couple of times. The food was delicious and the staff is nice. Everything was alright. I recommend the place to everyone who wants to enjoy the food and the atmosphete.Rooms: 5/5
