King's Residence Student Accommodation

Wow, this place is great is in the vicinity of Pier 14, and ocean view. Good Administration and security guards. The furniture is will polished and maintained am proud to tell others of where I stay. Students are disciplined and matured. Really enjoying my stay in here.

This is the best student accommodation I've ever been.

The service delivery is weak. The management only resolves the problems that benefit them. They have been Working on getting the WiFi to work for 3 years. The services provided are not good for students.

This is the most beautiful residence off-campus. It is very close to the mall, it is a 2 minute walk, every student needs are available within the surrounding.

Rooms are big and there are no Cocroaches , But there's noise due to Fans since we have no Windows in Rooms at Ground floor

Despite the poor management of this residence, it is close to the mallone minute walk and about 30 seconds to the bus stop, expect to bath with cold water one day, overcrowded kitchens ,electric appliances that are not working and the wifi is the worst.

Best services!!!Staff is polite and kind. Their service can not be compared to.

It's not like what it seems. Plus the area not is not very ideal.

It's a good place. You can even call it "home away from home".

It's getting better. Nandipha should step outside her comfort zone and grow.
