Staff is always willing to be of assistance. However there are different accommodations under this Consultancy and therefore your experiences might differ. The main office is however very friendly. A bigger office would be a good idea considering the number of students under this organization. You sometimes find yourself waiting outside. Otherwise, generally good service

When I went there for an inquiry for a place the lady that was helping there couldn't even look at me in the whilst talking due to her being on her whatsapp or something. The her hospitality as a the first person you meet there was very, very poorsomething below poor.

The place is always packed with people this thus making the services to people slow. But it's very helpful to students needing accredited residence.
