I had a really good experience with the municipality. Everyone was suoer helpful and ehere someone could not help they always directed me to the persin who could. The staff were friendly and I saw at least three or four other customers walking away with a smile after receiving good service. It felt as if the staff was not just there to get the job done but they took a real interest in the people who came in and they went out of their way to be friendly, tell a joke and ask the right questions. I was able to pay my rates quickly, get the sewage connected and sort out the electricity meter in a short period of time. Awesome service!
Had an issue with stop tap damaged by contractors in July. Sent e-mails, called, no luck... then on Monday 15.11 spoke to Winston. Received a call the following day that problem fixed. Go to the top of the class! Thank you for the excellent service, appreciated.
Most of the staff is excellent. However, the municipality account I get in my inbox is very confusing.
Friendly and Helpful service! Local Town Councilors hands on and on the ball, always helping to sooth out issues and keeping residents informed!
