Post Office - Grassy Park Post Office

What can one say about the post office - not the most up to date place but I still get my parcels there. Wish the area could be cleaned up though. Perhaps maybe even a change of location to a better more friendly spot.

Every time I call this post office, the consultants seem so miserable and unwilling to assist. After greeting with "hi, how are you doing?" they always respond with "fine" and barely show polite or happy telephone etiquette. This is now the second time I've ordered a parcel from an International Vendor and I have yet to receive any SMS notification or email stating my parcel has arrived at the post office. It's always a matter of phoning in to track my parcel. The SAPO including this branch needs to get their systems working and efficient.

Bad service. The workers insist that I'm going to receive an sms from them to collect my international packages, and when I tell them that I've never received an sms from the post office in my life for the many packages I've received from Fish Hoek's post office, they still don't even want to check for my packages in the back. The lady didn't even want to track my packages and said she can't use the tracking numbers I gave her.

Great service.
