Post Office - Athlone Post Office

If you want bad attitude and to be treated like a third class citizen then you've come to the right place. Not everyone there has that stance. If you want prompt and friendly treatment then I would recommend Iderees. The two ladies there... I would steer clear from them.

I posted a box from Norway to Silvertown . The box arrived at Athlone Post Office almost 2 weeks ago and the recipient is still waiting for the pink slip they told her would arrive in her letterbox . How long must a package stay at the post office before you receive notification . That is very bad service considering she went to the Post Office to make enquiries and was told to wait for notification in the post .

went to Athlone Post office yesterday.....long queues , no sanitiser in site. All of the staff behind the counters have their masks hanging on their chin if they have one at all.......what the heck is going on

The staff and manager are friendly. The manager assisted me with carrying parcels coz I was alone.

Excellent customer service from the teller, Mr Siwisa, fast, efficient and impeccable manners.
