Approximately two weeks ago I attended Glossderry Post Office where I was met at the door and politey assisted with three large boxes to a counter. I had a query and the manager was summoned and he promptly answered all questions. The goods arrived at the destination in good order and in record time. I am extremely impressed by the service at the counter and the guy at the entrance. You are world class, seriously.
I see my previous review has been removed....most of the reviews refer to the mean blonde-coloured lady who works at the counter and no action has been taken against her. Why this is allowed in a workplace is beyond me...sad to see a year later and still the same treatment towards innocent customers trying to make use of a public service!! they should consider giving her a position where she does not have to deal with customers directly as its clearly not a skill she possesses....
Thank you to Anthea and team for the outstanding service received yesterday. It's nice to note that there are still people who go beyond the call of duty to provide a great experience.
I have never in my life experienced such horrific treatment from any post office. The woman behind the counter has the most foul attitude and clearly has no interest in assisting anybody. What on earth is she getting paid for?
I just came from the post office walked in at 3 mins to 1 and was screamed at we close we close I pointed out it's not yet 1 and was again screamed at if the door is closed we closed. The lady at the counter with the dyed blonde hair screamed your watch is wrong I wont help you . Lovely 1st experience at this post office
Woman behind the counter is a rude arrogant piece of work. She shouldn't be working there. Needs to develop people skills
Always helpful and friendly staff. They try to assist as fast as possible
4 counters but whenever I'm here there's 1 guy on duty. Painfully slow and a waste of my time. Not good enough at all. My question is...where's all the other staff and the branch manager?
