I'm so loving this place! I'm picky about SERVICE, and these people all treat the customers like royalty. They went out of their way to make me, the customer feel special, and that's something some of the BIG restaurants don't even get. They're well prices, have a lovely garden!!! My new favourite place to be!!!

The service was too slow. The management was around but never bothered to assist. We were a big group. I can't blame the waiter. He tried... the barman pm he's a bit "friendly" challenged. Rage place is nice, and the food is fresh. I'll step by next time to check if there's an improvement .. we also loved the art.

Beautiful restaurant, period. The food was not up to the review of 4.3 at all. We had a variety from the menu and not a single item made our day. If your looking to chill and have a cold beer or a bottle of wine on a terraces overlooking the botanical gardens, its the place.

Loved seeing all the 'old' Kuzuri furniture from the Lowveld Botanical Gardens days back in use! We went on a Monday late afternoon to celebrate my granddaughter's eighteenth birthday. We were the only patrons there and received wonderful service, and the food was lovely. Just lacked somewhat in atmosphere, music was only played after we requested some. Looking forward to a next visit where it hopefully will be packed and one can enjoy the vibe it always boasted again!

Lovely live music. Relaxing atmosphere. We just had starters and wine, was so tasty. Friendly service from all around. Will make this a regular spot.

Did not have a good experience at all. Food was VERY late and wrong delivered e.g. not what we ordered. Food was served one at a time with interval of 30min. I was done eating and my wife,s order not yet served. We were asked once what to drink and never again. The bill was also faulty and had to be corrected twice. I am not a fussy person but Kuzuri will never see us again.

Beautiful setting. Average food. Ordered lamb shank. Sent it back as it was luke warm. Plates were not hot; never a good sign. Shank was supposed to be marinated in wine, rosemary et al. for 6 hours. It didn't taste like it. Not worth R170. My wife's fish and chips and my son's curry were ok. Service also very average.

Very disappointed! Kuzuri used to be the best restaurant, now it is truly pathetic. The food is VERY expensive. We ordered a combination basket to share for R95. It was hardly enough for one person. On top of that the plates were dirty. Will never waste my time here again. Rating one star is giving this place too much credit.

Wonderful warm and friendly service! Beautiful and peaceful setting. They also cater for Vegetarians. Poetry sessions are regularily held at Kazuri by some very talented up and coming Poets.

We went there because of a good review on get it lowveld magazine. Most of the food we ordered was not good. We asked for grilled chicken strips, they came deep fried amd were sent back. We asked for a lamb curry. We asked that the popadoms be done in the microwave rather than deep fried. The popadoms came raw twice and the curry was bland. The sambals were also not up to scratch. The only dish that was good was the chicken livers. A serious rethink in the kitchen is required given that in the article it states that head chef has been all over the world and has vast experience. We passed on these comments to the manageress
