Kwa Madwala was good to us this weekend... we enjoyed every minute,from the word go to the very sad departure. Richard,Clariza,Tania and the staff made it unforgettable. We had the privilege to go on 2 x wilderness drives with amazing men as the guides on this stunning game reserve. We also had a wonderfull experience with the most majestic creatures in the world,we could feed,play soccer and touch the beautiful elephants! We had a full body massage in the open air with the spectacular view from the spa over the reserve and it was super relaxing... spot on for a perfect weekend. Every breakfast,lunch and dinner was made with love and full of taste and neatly presented. Wow... what a weekend,one that me and my husband will never forget. Thank you Kwa Madwala!!!
What beautiful place. One of the most memorable experiences I have ever had. This is were you get the opportunity to interact with the el elephants. This was like a dream to have a ride on the elephants. This is were we played football with the elephants. I was so surprised to see what an amazing scent and smell they have. One elephant was made to stand with its back facing us, then we my four family members were asked to remove one leg shoes and place our shoes all mixed up in front. The elephant then turned around to face us. The elephant then returned our shoes respectively correct to each one of us. That was amazing. The only problem was the road leading to this Reserve, too much potholes.
We love the Surrounds and open Bush veldt area of this experience. However an educational area with read information and Historic facts perhaps some artifacts too would be alot more beneficial. Not only would one have the experience but one would learn something too.
Kwa Madwala Private game reserve is just unique on his own ...I must say they lack organization but the place alone with beautiful chalets will make you forget about the rest..from the restaurant deck u can enjoy a beautiful view on the low veld where u can have some game view ... a part from elephant back riding u can enjoy a horse back riding as well or the beautiful swimming pool

Came here on our honeymoon in 2013. Absolutely amazing. Best food we had in all of Africa.
Didn't do simple things rigth. Bad service at dinner boma, 3 out of 4 ports/sherry's not in stock. Very few details given on game drive.
What an experience. Loved interacting with the elephants.
