Taught me to never judge a book by its cover. Very safe, I could do my yoga with much ease. Very hospitable. When looking for a person to warm our food, the waiter went above and beyond, wrapped it for us and gave us a plate. Aesthetically pleasing. And saw a frog and some chickens. It really gave the experience of being home away from home. The pool was so warm, great for night swims. Bar area had kind waiter, very friendly. The receptionist was very patient with my family. We can be quite the crazy bunch. Overall, I really enjoyed it. The picture might have not said alot of words but the experience did.

Arrived in the night during loadshedding. Security wasn't happy or helpful showing us to our room. The trees are so dense and little clear driving paths so in the night it just looks like a jungle. Then the numbers of the rooms are so random. No sequence, so ur forced to be weird coming close to people's rooms trying to find your own. When you eventually find your room you will like it. It's clean and neat. But the numbering will have you bitting your nails. Noteworthy details: Day time it's really cute. The trees really need a trim and some clear paths too. It's beautiful just too many trees and no paths. And the numbering. The sinage showing room numbers is short so if ur in a car you won't see it coz it's toddler height. Staff need to be reminded this place is far so most people will arrive in the NIGHT is not by choice we are tired and have been driving all night. So we will need help finding the rooms since the numbering is so confusing.

Good Day Visited the place Saturday 7/01/2023. Paid 850p/n Just few things that I think really needs to be improved on... 1. Its 2 sleeper room you only supply 1 small & 1 medium towel? Are we expected to share the towel? 2. Showers - By the time you're done showering the whole bathroom is river jordan, please just get a shower door so water doesn't splash all over. 3. Reception Area - Please consider changing the couches not a very good representation of the place. 4. Restaurant - Basic customer service for all your staff would really go a long way. Thank you......

Amazing place to be,the Receptiost is more welcoming...I received effective assistance on everything because I went to request for Service training since I'm doing Tourism Management

The service was poor, the rooms are outdated and basic equipment in the room weren't working. They switched of the electricity at 10pm and during loadshedding there was no backup. Breakfast isn't included you pay separately, if you do not ask they won't tell you. Rooms: The air-conditioning wasn't working and they knew about it, they gave us the room anyway. The room's shower was clogged and the room floor wasn't clean.

The management doesn't give full clarity on some things and ending up making customers look bad, I was lost, went to the swimming pools with food as they instructed me, turned out they'll say one thing after another Walkability: The place is a forest it's easy to get lost

We were a big group,wedding party for our friend we did arrive early for check in but the receptionist noted 2 of our booked rooms were ready so we were happy they were willing to accommodate us.first impression the room numbering system is chaotic could be clearer because the place becomes a maze.Secondly our room was no way ready looked like hadn't been cleaned since covid-19 started,the floor was sandy,only had one mirror nothing in the bathroom,spiders inside the bathtub! and every corner let's not mention the cobwebs in the wardrobe my friendfound a spider in the bedsheets!!!.Shower didn't have a drain cover and was not properly draining let alone took eons for us to get hot water from the geyser,downlights in the bathroom were not working don't want to know what I couldn't see in the shower.1 toilet paper roll for a family room.The beds also needed some clearing and to top it off the sliding door was not working properly. Cups for coffee/ tea but no kettle,you have to ask for everything.The only plus was the food in their restaurant was actually fresh and good.I was really disappointed they really had poor services for guests traveling more that 500km it was unpleasant getting such a room,hopefully they can improve after this review but for now I won't be visiting nor recommending this place in future.
