I only stayed there one night. The dinner was not impressing as the food was cold. The room was meant for 3 adults sharing however Supplies in the room and the bathroom was only catering for 2.
we booked a room for 3 people 2 adults, 1 child. At the reception the host Smallini was very uninterested, and every time we approached him with a problem with the room, he was not even sorry. The room had just 1 cup, no towels, the bathroom didnt have soap and had one of the sinks clogged. The room itself was smaller than the bathroom which is absolutely weird. It was dim lit, and felt very ghetto. Furthermore there was some black mould on the ceiling. Basically, zero stars for the room and the receptionist's service. The only good thing about the stay was the kitchen staff and how they served breakfast. The ladies were very accomodating and helpful.
Reception was really warm . Room 1, set-up awesome. Was a bitterly cold day but it was so cozy inside. Breakfast served with a smile. Need to improve on cleanliness. The surfaces and floor were quite dusty Will definitely be returning though
Friendly staff. Place needs maintenance, so the pictures need to be updated a bit. Parking is at own risk as the sign says, so have a good car alarm. Our bed sheets needed to be changed twice for non stained ones. Bath had a dirt ring.
I really enjoyed my stay there with my family will come again Rooms: Comfortable
Had a pleasant stay here. Stayed in room 10. The room and bathroom is nice and spacious. The load shedding was kind off annoying but luckily they have a generator for that and it did not stop them from presenting me with a lovely breakfast.
Pros: The place is bearable to stay if you are on a budget and a light traveler; i.e. if you are not a fussy traveler seeking great quality and service. It is okay if you are looking for a place to put your head down and head off the next morning. The young African man who was at the reception was professional and helpful. He had called us the day before to confirm that we are still coming over and called again 1hr before we arrived to confirm. Cons: The accommodation had the basic amnesties but in total, it was not in good quality. The quality of linens was not good and the place was just not up to scratch. There was work done in the bathroom and as a result, it was not in tip-top condition. There was dirt coming from the walls when the shower was opened. The breakfast was okay and basic. The staff were average and in the kitchen all the time; they did attend to our needs when you knock at kitchen door. The place is bearable to stay if you are on a budget but it wasn't that cheap either and a light traveler but I would not recommend it when bringing larger / extended families.
The staff are so friendly they showed us the place so we can choose our favoured room, the rooms are all nice, they even served us breakfast in bed, nice place to go to relax thank you very it was wow, keep it up, we will definitely come back
The negatives first : Between dogs barking, doves cooing right at our window and being able to hear the TV next door on full blast - i don't know which was noisier. I'm a light sleeper so this personally wS a deal breaker. The rooms are slightly smaller than expected, but that wasn't problem due to us just using the room for sleeping. The shower was lovely and we were very grateful for the electric blanket in the cold weather.
I had the worst experience ever , despite being assured all was in order. The wardrobes were broken and linen was stained and bathroim was dirty with a stained cup from previous guest. The were ants all over the floor, blinds were broken, curtains dirty and bed worn out. The worst experience ever. To top it off one of thee cleaners opened the door while I was dressing without knocking. Wont be going back there. wardrobes wardrobes wardrobes
