Stinking, don't care attitude by staff. No customer service skills whatsoever. I live around the area but had to leave Lancet Mount Edgecombe in tears and drive to Umhlanga Lancet for better service. Lancet kindly note that we pay for your services so your customer care ethic should be in accordance. Furthermore the staff that are on the frontline need to be trained to behave in a more professional manner. They give off the impression that they are fresh out of school with no training provided. I stand to be corrected however this is the impression they give off to patients. As for the management of Lancet Mount Edgecombe, they are always quick to side with staff instead of assisting a patient in resolving a problem. Totally disgusting service. I will not visit Lancet Mount Edgecombe again!

I am completely disgusted by the Lancet in Mt. Edgecombe. My wife was very sick and weak and went to do bloods. Nobody told her that she needs to get her temperature taken. She walked all the way to lancet and the guy told her "its not his problem". We will never be using Lancet again after this. The attitude of staff at this particular Lancet is unbelievable. Please send your staff for training!

slow at a crawl pace of this place, sick people being made to wait over an hour just to have blood drawn. please can someone clarify as to why this place is run as if sick people don't matter. I hope someone from management reads this and actually decides to do something about it!

Rooms are really cramped and gets really busy. Waiting time is sometimes a bit issue especially early mornings. Lots of free parking

Covid pcr testing done in car - affordable and fairly efficient. Paperless/ online forms would be better

This a disgusting blood test company.. They are making me liable for an account that I shouldn't pay.. It was their mistake that they didn't amend the account with the correct details.. They will torture you and cause you stress even if you laying in hospital
