Went for blood tests today. Receptionist was absolutely amazing ! Courteous, kind & knew her job. The nurse taking bloods was also Courteous & all went well.
Good service when they take your blood and then everything falls apart afterwards. 3rd time now that they have not delivered the results to the physician after a week, after telling them when taking bloods about the last two times of results not being delivered, after giving them the practice number, telephone number and email of the physician - lots of promises made that they have things in hand. Still, no results are delivered after a week and they act surprised despite the promises when you phone in. Blood results are useless if they arrive after the fact. Not inclined to use this entity as first choice. Brand loyalty means nothing here, frustrating experience afterwards, not that much cheaper than the mainstream labs. Physicians also recommending sticking to the bigger providers for these very service reasons...disappointing.
Absolutely unbelievable service. They really made my travel preparations so seamless and it was all round a great experience. Demi assisted me and really went above and beyond to ensure I was prepared for my departure.
Phoned on Friday explaining that I needed a PCR test done before I travelled across the border on Tuesday the following week. The staff assured me of a quick result and I should come in on Monday Today and I would have my results in no time. Test done at 08:15am... Still awaiting results. I've followed up numerous times checking of any update and they promised I would get my results in a timely manner. I've had to rearrange my whole trip because they have failed to deliver on their promise. R500 test has cost me more on my business trip rearranging everything. If I could give you 0/5 I would happily do so! There is no excuse you could possibly give to make me believe you tried to assist me as best as you could. Shocking! I would rather use Lancet or any other company in the future. Highly recommend you don't use this company.
We were in and out in 10 minutes. Excellent service. Our results were sent to us timeously as promised. The nurse was great
The lab and their lab services are perfectly fine. But the accounts division are so incompetent it's a joke. I was hounded for months about paying my account after explaining a hundred times that I requested an invoice on countless occasions and hadn't received one. The people at the call center are extremely inefficient. From not being able to correctly capture an email address to even sending the email. I have still not received the invoice from them. The account was handed over to an attorney which is whom I received the invoice from for the very first time.
Got called initially by lawyers about the account which I was unaware of. I did not know my medical aid did not pay. Then I asked for an invoice which was only send to me a week later and they were calling numerous times inbetween. As soon as I got the invoice, I paid my account and send POP. Its been more than a week and different divisions still phone wrt the account and I have forwarded them my POP more than once. It is really pathetic. They acknowledged that they received my POP the first time but my account still shows that I need to pay, which I have done. First and last time I am using this lab for any tests.
Extreme delays. Waiting for 45mins. No nurse available to take bloods.
Always clean. Service is friendly and quick.
I found this LAB to be very professional, efficient and well priced. The man in the street can afford their pricing structure. Personally I feel the other LABs are overpriced and collude with one another to maintain high pricing which medical aid cover and the common man cannot afford. Hats off to the brother team to bring affordable services to the community. May your practice and business grow from strength to strength. A service to the community is a service to all!
