Las Vegas Spur Steak Ranch

The weather was 33 degrees... This spur had no Aircon. It was hotter inside then outside. The service was pathetic, absolutely pathetic. I waited over 20 mins for a waiter. I raised my hand politely so many times but waiters will just walk by you and just look at you if you're not at their table. I had to get up and walk around to find someone to assist me. The guy seemed like a manager. My drink arrived with one of the waiters who just stared at me, Lubabalo. Didn't bother to ask me if I am ready to order my food yet, just put the drink on my table and left. About 40 mins later I asked a busser to call me a waiter. I waited and waited and waited. I asked another waiter who my waiter was because I've beeeeeeeen waiting. It was Lubabalo. The same guy who just left my drink on my table and bounced! Brendon eventually helped me out and was an attentive waiter. So much of my time was wasted here. The food was really good, the only reason I gave this 2 stars is because I was highly disappointed that we had to stand in the back of the line having someone in a wheelchair and it wasn't easily accessible at all. We waited quite some time for our food and drinks to arrive considering it was not busy due to social distancing. Our waitress couldn't be found most of the time and we kept dealing with different people. A little disheartening as we usually have a good experience at Spur and love the food.

Spur Hemingways East London. Today 29th April 2023 at 16:25 I was standing in the que with a trolley for 15 minutes plus with close to 6people in front of me as we were waiting for a table when It was my turn to get a table I was told that they don't allow trolleys in the shop no one told me the whole time while I was standing there that they don't allow trolleys inside. Imagine whilst waiting we are facing the Cashiers and the guy with mohoch dreadlocks had the audacity to be rude such pitiful behavior

Looking good. Enjoyed the breakfast. Nice atmosphere with soft music in the background. Good service too.

Took my grand children along,they were enjoying themselves at the kids play station.I had their classic breakfast and I was stuffed when I was done eating.I also enjoyed at cup of rooibos tea.Food: 5/5

It is well located and in line with the franchise standards. However the waiters are not up to scratch. It was a cold rainy evening and I requested for a cup of hot water with lemon & honey, to my surprise they did not have honey. What was even more irritating was that when the cup was brought, the handle was very sticky I had to request for a damp cloth in order to wipe & wipes were provided. The food was fine though.

The Buffalo wings, was the best I've eaten. The fillet steak was made perfect. Only service was slow but they were super busy.Food: 5/5
