1. We had to wait for an hour and a half before getting our food starters and drinks, imagine. 2. When the pizza arrived, it had ribs that were not even deboned. I'm not sure about other people, but for me, it's kind of hard to eat it if you have to remove bones first. I will not be returning to this establishment. I was extremely disappointed in everything. Please do better!!!

Wasn't attended to when we got here but the service was quickly recovered and the team was very very friendly. Food was great. We had the "Thursday big family Feast" for R299. It was worth it. There's a children's play Centre. Sanitizer Bottle on each table .

My 7 friends and I were there to celebrate a birthday. After ordering our milkshakes and sodas, we waited at least 30 minutes to receive them. When it came to our 3 pizzas, we waited for 30-45 minutes and our desserts 6 waffles and 2 ice-creams, we waited 50 minutes. We didn't bring kids, but as we watched them roughhousing, they seemed to be unsupervised at times. The staff themselves treated us well, but the waiting time was extraordinarily long.

Vusi, manager on duty from 10 12:30 29/12/2022 needs to be demoted. Understaffed restaurant, 6 waiters needed to run around to prepare drinks, coffee and assist in kitchen with only 2 kitchen staff and no barista, while he was nowhere to be found or standing around. Waited 2 hours for pizza.

Great service. Pizza is awesome and the Rum Captain Morgan is always top shelf. Food arrived under 6min and was fresh and crisp. You get a true friendly South African vibe from the staff, like they happy to be serving you. It doesn't get better than this. ;- Update 24/05/2023 Service is now a flat zero. Upon entry, I'm told to sit wherever I want and then I'm completely forgotten about . No menu, no offer of something to drink and they weren't busy at all. I doubt it that the staff noticed that i left after 15min. Came to Cafe Bella instead. Got helped immediately, got coffee in the first two minutes and I'm already updated on the progress of my pizza. Sorry Panarotti's, but I just found a business that is customer focused. Farewell.

The service was very slow, the play area was not supervised and there were kids hurting my kids. I think that it needs to be supervised because my kid would come back crying to me saying someone hit her. And also I went to eat there for my daughters bday and the day after my three kids landed in hospital, but the food was great in the moment

Worst service ever. Waiter was non- existing, running around making the pizzas and pouring drinks themselves. Under staffed.
