Car blew close by. I phoned in and the lady was very calm and collected. Once all details were given they arrived in less than 10 minutes. Great service and awesome response time.
There was a fire outside our business. The woman who answered the phone couldn't be more relaxed, I had to give her my address and area five times and she still couldn't figure out that I'm based in Boksburg. The truck was apparently sent an hour and a half ago to put out the fire but we have seen no trucks. The dept cannot figure out where their truck is. Oh well.
They just dont answer the phone. Typical of yhis countries government services....
