It's where I spent most my time...own my property there. Security is on point... maintenance keeps the place clean all year round.

Security is there for vibes. Not safe. Got hicjacked right in front of security gate and they did nothing. Didnt even call police to report what they saw. Immediately moved out.

I don't like the town houses and their parking area is small and they let every one in as long as you tell them the house number you visiting

The place is lovely and quiet, clean, safe parking and a chilled vibe

Good security check in, not enough parking for visitors. Also very uneven staircase to go to the unit you are visiting.... really needs attention before someone gets hurt. Also came across a couple hiding at the end by the trees smoking dagga.

One day there will be distinct markings to differentiate the visitors parking to those of residents. Its absolutely chaos at the moment

Good investment, nice location, close to amenities. There's been great improvements in the complex within the past year or so.
