Phone never works. Paid my mother's lat book fines and now 2 months later we get another bill from them. Will now have to take off work again to go resolve this nonsense in person as thier phone are still not working.
Not good. Staff too lazy to get up. Conflicting advice. And the books are all jumbled up. Not going again
My grandpa would be turning in his grave. The people are so unfriendly. Felt very unwelcome, never mind my poor daughter who loves to read. Was also told the same story of the other branches. Was also told to pay a HUGE fine. What happened during covid and hard lock down when all the libraries where closed? Should I have dropped all the books off where? How? The book that was never returned is not even worth the fine and me paying the fine won't turn the phone lines on.
They check your temp, you sign in, you must wear a mask. They quarantine the books for a week. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can highly recommend that library. Usually a helpful, friendly car guard outside too.
You must choose your time well that you don't go to the library when they have loadshedding..as happened to me.. and I had to go back the following day. However.. it remains a pleasure to take out books..
Online says closes at 17:00, on the door closes at 14:00, phoned around looking for a telephone number after knocking on the door with keys hanging in it and being ignored, finally someone picks up the phone and I get told that they are closed from 12:30. Useless bunch of ingrates. Sort yourselves out. The library is a disgrace.

Poor working hours, phone number changed more than a year ago but not in books. I still had to pay a late fine even though I couldn't find their number!
