Firstly the play area for kids is really great, very spacious, my kids love it. The food was very fresh and tasty, chips were hot and fresh, staff were helpful and timeous.....overall a great experience, will go back to this spur branch. Kid-friendliness: Huge play area for kids, they also tag the clothes and add name bands.
The manager Vincent was very present and visible at the tables. Our waitress Sizakele was a gem. Lived our drinks also. Compliments to everyone Food: 5/5
Enjoyed my visit, the food was delicious and ataff was willing and kept checking if we were still ok or need anything. I returned the following day again for the coated mushrooms with sauce, Love love them. The play area is spacious, will be bringing my kids here often. I would recommend Food: 5/5
Listen it was my daughter's birthday and we used a voucher I got so it was a day well spent plus a friend of mine was celebrating his son's birthday too so it just went great kids loved it Kid-friendliness: Best place for kids
Watch the world cup final here. The atmosphere was electric. There was more Spain supporters and we overshadowed the French supporters. And while watching the final, we had the most scrumptious supper. Couldn't fault anything. Thank you Spur for a memorable evening Food: 4/5
This is a great family restaurant especially on Sundays if you have children,they keep them really entertained with music and the magic show. Pity my waiter seemed like someone who didn't want to be there,he was very disconnected and even failed to introduce himself,I usually tip but I did not tip this one, I called the manager as she was passing by to ask her for the bill because my waiter disappeared but the atmosphere was amazing
My wife and myself placed an order and asked the waiter to give us drinks immediately as we were expecting food to take long. Drinks came 30min later and the food took almost an hour. We even saw two customers who left their tables after waiting 30min to be attended to. this place was our go to but lately the service has been below average
Bit of a long wait to get in and get a waiter as it was a very busy afternoon But the service was very thorough and great attention was given to us through out Very clean restaurant & well raken care off ablution facilities, with option for sitting outdoors surprisingly quiet even though its at one of the mall entrances. Friendly and hands in manager. Huge play area for kids. Looking forward to coming back
Today was such a disappointment. Waiter took long to assist us, ordered ribs which took long to arrive. When they finally did i couldnt even cut them felt like i was eating rubber. Had to get another set made of which they to where not so great. The wings we ordered where overcooked which made them hard to chew. We ended leaving as the food was not so great. Loadshedding and earlie evening dinner not a good idea when the place is packed as it seems like they are rushing to push out orders and not food that you can enjoy.
The staff is friendly and the lady manager she is good nd also friendly and the waiter that was serving us ah she was superb the food was good nd the garden salad was fresh keep up the good work Little Eagle Spur Steak Ranch am coming back soon ...Food: 5/5
