I really enjoy beautiful food - this is something that RocoMamas managed to perfect. The WOW factor was definitely there. Service was on point, food was delicious and they had proper COVID protocols in place. I do feel that the value for money was ...meh There are plenty alternatives where you get more "bang for your buck". The overall experience was good - they could incorporate some music just to help set the mood, but the meal was good!

Totally love Rocomamas... There's always something different to try on the menu. Never disappointed at any branch. The service here was great. Waiters are always friendly. Nice lively vibe and always a good crowd. Tried their red bull spritzer which was quite good. Foods always prepared well and great portions.

I must say I was disappointed as I was expecting much better service. It wasn't busy but our waitress took long to serve. We had to keep calling her when we needed service. The food was presented amazingly. The burger i ordered, the pattie was lacking in flavour and I had one piece of bacon on my burger. The waffle I had was divine. The red bull spritzer was good.

Food was good, few issues with the order but staff were quick to rectify. Always check your wings lol and count them

Some of us ordered waffles and some milkshakes. The waffles only arrived once the quest with milkshakes were finished with there shakes. We enquired twice where the waffles were, 1st time was told 2min, 2nd time after about 5 -7min told that the toppings were put on,then still waited about 3 minFood: 4/5

Food is good, the restaurant is well kept. However on numerous occasions, I have had to deal with extended waiting periods. The staff are not efficient, regardless if the restaurant is busy or not.

Love. The service is efficient and the food is plentiful and good. I particularly loved their crazy shakes and delicious waffles as well as their wings served with a blue cheese sauce. They have this outside seating area with hard wood tables which are somewhat uncomfortable but the area is surrounded by a glass shield which helps keep out the wind. You don’t need to enter the mall in order to access Rocco it’s easily accessible right from the parking lot. The service has always been satisfactory we’ve never had a bad experience at this branch.

The only thing that I dislike is that they don't have the chicken smash menu should be updated otherwise food is great, service, the vibe, the place is all good.
