Ordered a rib pizza which would have been great but there was still bone in the ribs , not to pleasant digging a bone out while you've just taken a bit of pizza, hence the 3 star rating for food. My wait Grace was friendly and efficient. Will definitely return again. Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids, massive kids play area which is shared with Spur .

I must say today was truly lovely almost empty so such a lovely atmosphere. Palesa helped us and wow what a people person such a friendly soul. It makes a difference when you have such lovely people as servers. The food was top notch really enjoyed. Totally full and satisfied. Really appreciate the wonderful staff and the food is always to perfection. Everyone is so good at what they do. Had a new milkshake called choco marshmallow milkshake, very yummy the marshmallow fluff onto was to die for. My dad never enjoys strawberry milkshakes from most places but today it was devine. The food is always amazing! Especially the breakfast. They are willing to make your experience spectacular. Love this place. The milkshake and their breakfast is my favorite.

It is our favourite pizza place for 7 years now! We also enjoy their pasta! And also easy on the pocket hey, especially for our family of 5!!! Kid-friendliness: They have an awesome play area with two adults looking after the kids.

Tables can be too close especially the 4 seater. Food was lovely and we had a great waitress the 2nd time round. Play area shared with Spur and that's the best part for the kids.Food: 3/5

We had a big function and ordered over 250 pizzas during the busiest time of year. Thank you to Bongi and her team, pizzas were all correct, on time, good service with follow up service and delicious pizza. Im super impressed!!! Thank you.

We always buy vegan pizzas here and they are delicious. Today we ordered again for take away. The usual vegan meat alternatives have been changed to somethong else. It does not taste nice and it is soggy. Not a good experience tonight and doubt we will purchase pizzas again at Panarottis.Food: 1/5

Baby broke juice bottle and it was wet all over. Mess was sorted out quickly and without a fuss. Kid-friendliness: Children are free to move to and from tables to play room.

Very welcoming, the service is excellent, and my kids went to the play area, men the atmosphere is perfect. Well done guysFood: 5/5

The waiter was extremely unprofessional and he didn't even know the menu. This is extremely dissapointing.
