Promises to order product urgently needed then neglects to do so. I could have gone to a different store or vet already but waited for the order only to find out now after I called it will only 'arrive' tomorrow now delaying urgent treatment. Very dissapointed.
The staff is always helpful and friendly. The shop is very clean and organized and they have the best dog treats. All proper pet stores are more pricey than the pet items at a grocery store, but the quality of their toys and products are really great and shopping with them is always pleasant experience. They are by far my favorite pet store in the area.
Avoid this company and shop. They do not inforce covid 19 infection control protocols with clients and staff. I'm not sure who they are think is going to do. Won't see my business again.
