I would not advise anyone to move into Eyethu house! I regret the day I moved in here , the management team is so horrible, they don’t care about tenets, service provision takes months before they attend to you! Too much noice! Cockroaches everywhere! Also what they tell you rent is will be totally different from what you get the day you get your monthly bill statement! +1k extra imagine This building is a day light scam!!!! By all means please don’t make the mistake of moving in here! It’s HORRIBLE!!!!

Noisy AF! Security staff can be so rude. Got my car side mirrors stolen in broad day light and overhead security complain that I don't give them money to watch my car while parked outside. Access control security have no people's skills whatsoever and the new lady building manager is lazy and incompetent AF!

The services are good and the place is really good. Near a lot of places you might need to run errands at and is very free and friendly

The worst building l have ever lived in. The customer service is very poor. They don't respond swiftly to queries and complaints, they just want money, and their rates are insane. The building is infested with roaches and you have to pay extra for fumigation which is ridiculous. I regret moving to this place. And the WiFi is slow.

Such a cozy apartment, just feels home away from home, not far from the Mighty Maboneng Precinct and Maimai downtown Jozi...if you looking for a clean , neat and warm environment...Eyethu House is thee one downtown Johannesburg City!!!

They getting one star because I cannot rate them lower. Let me gather my thought and come back with a detailed review. I would suggest that you look elsewhere for accommodation. If you are okay with bad service and poor communication, then this will be the perfect place for you.
