Very specious but bad management and it’s too noisy and they not doing anything about it so ai if you don’t like noice like me don’t bother!
This is a building with a great potential with a bit of investment and strict management. Their units are very spacious and quite affordable. They offer free internet, not really reliable but does come in handy at times. If they can introduce rules to minimize the kids' movement on the hallway which generates much noise it would be great, restrict the playing to the play area and within respective units..

Panama is beautiful. For someone looking for a big spacious flat, I would recommend it. Especially young people who want to experience the city. I love their braai area I have met some pretty cool people there and my daughter enjoys the jungle gym. It is very safe. The fact that its a 6 floor building, makes it easy to know who lives where. It is cleaned everyday. I love the 5% off rent for early payment and because my child goes to City Kids Primary I get an extra 10% off rent and 10% off schools fees. My only problem, the people living here can not take care of the place and that includes the kids. They throw trash in the lifts and passages. They pee and spit in the lifts. That for me degrades the place and it will loose tenants. If securities paid more attention on cameras, there wouldn't be such issues. Since there are cameras in the lifts, passages and rooftop, can you please install in the stairs as well? also have extra trash bins by the lift entrances.
Beautiful spacious apartments.
The residence has a lot of young adults and children. So if you don't like noise, rather not, I like their outdoor rooftop area. It has a braai area with a jungle gym for kids. The apartments have poor ventilation, though.
There's no safety the securities especially those that work night shift have to respect what so ever they don't mind being rude to a tenant even in front of visitors
Very small building with a fair population,hence the the level of cleanliness that greats you as you enter the building
