Vulcan House

I won't recommend Vulcan house because it's not safe, no CCTV around the building, people complain every single day. People steal clothes and stuff in the building, no security service.

Vulcan house is close to Gandhi Square, Unisa and Carlton Centre. Everything you need is within walking distance: Furniture shops, clothing stores Edgars, Woolworths, etc . Lots of friendly street vendors around the area selling affordable fruits and veggies money saver. The security guards are very friendly and quite helpful. On the negative side of things: -The buildings are old which unfortunately means elevators are old and constantly require maintenance. -Toilet is awkwardly placed in the bathroom. Making it hard to sit especially if you are a bit on the heavy side . Wiping is a nightmare you need to know these things because the toilets are placed in a tight corner between a wall and a sink. Very small space. -Maintanance can take half an eternity to fix things. Still waiting. -The flat manager. Oh dear...

Its quiet and safe and then the balconies lead to a direct view of the Carlton Centre, and then then upper Hillbrow to Houghton.

The place is so quite and.calm to stay
