No. One Eloff

I'm clicking on a 1 star because there's no 0 star option. Worst place to stay in. It's very expensive considering there's no build- in stove, geyser and the wardrobe will make you cry. There are cockroaches everywhere and I don't even wanna mention the water problem.Its been over 46 hours without water . No communication from management or whatsoever. I honestly cannot wait to move out. Just do yourself a favour and Do NOT move in here ever!!!!!!!!!!

Not even 1 star. This place deserves a 0! DO NOT LIVE at 1Eloff @Indluplace UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE . I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS Property managed by Indluplace, No. One Eloff. THERE IS A CLUB on the top floor and cockroaches!!!!the quality of living is beyond appalling.

Yhooo Ive the worst decision of my life by moving in @ One Elloff.. There's no water, frequent water outage, no communication or what so ever, literally just bad and poor management apha... I so wanna move out right now.. I wish I read the reviews before moving in.

Hey, if you want to experience prison in the lighter form. Then this place is for you. Super thin walls, roaches in the house, and yes you guessed it! Rats on the bottom floor. What’s that? What about the caretaker? Nah he is just there for decorations. So come on down to experience a taste of hell for absolutely nothing. With a price of your whole salary. T&Cs apply!

Security is just for show, no admin what so ever they rip you off in things that they should be doing I.e Pest control. There are cockroachs everywhere. The noise from tenants and children is unbearable. Do not stay there.

The place is HELL. Security guys are thieves you can't even go to the washing line with your door unlocked before your stuff is gone. You'll be sharing your space with roaches.

Hey I just move in yesterday in one of the units of R2850, that amount was the agreement now after moving in they immediately changed the price from R2850 to R3600, on top of that their advertising places that are not in good conditions,, the place is stingy, dirty some units there's no bathtub, no geyser doors are not locking properly security is poor the agents are not professionals and their crooks they give you a cheap amount to attract you in once you get in and sign the lease they increase their rent to a crazy number for a very very dirty, tiny and stingy apartment please guys I will advise you not to find yourselves in this place it's not healthy for a human being I think we should even involve health workers and police here to inspect the whole flat it's rubbish

Dont go stay there, building in a terrible state, incompetent administration, they will want to rip u off every chance they get and forget about your deposit unless you are willing to fight them legally.

Securities are very fake when the children are playing around they like shouting at them and swearing but when they see the parents they act like nothing happened there are cocoroke in the houses please don't go there they beat children that flat is horrible
