1.Told to pay a fee for damaging things we found like that. 2.The water comes and goes so you always have to have buckets of water. Good luck spending days without out. 3. You don’t move out in peace, our belongings were taken because we had to pay some fees we didn’t know about. They are other victims of this. 4. The security guards are not professional I was inappropriately touched and the sad part is he continued working there like nothing happened. 5. The area is a victim of power cuts, good luck spending days without electricity.

Poor management, electricity is expensive, building manager is a bully. Water and  electricity cuts are the order of the day. The security  on weekends are  always not available to open the gate. The service is very poor.

I stayed there for almost two years and mostly it was just arguments with admin people mostly because of the charges. When I moved out I was already paying almost 50% more of what I started with. It would be better if they were investing that money on improving their building other than just letting the building fall apart while we pay more and more.

I only stayed for a week at this flat and the experience currently  very bad. Building manager his rude and things where not working when I move in to my flat. just like another commenter below "service is very bad" I agree. I WILL BE MOVING OUT end of April 2018. By the way the area it is very Bad I won't advise anyone to come here not safe.

I paid R300 & lost it just like that, besides my application for accommodation took eternity to be approved For being a foreigner my application was treated with contempt though my financial status was good.

I'm with Mike right now, he told me different price yet he's showing me something different that's is written on the board. Now he's telling me another price. He keep on increasing the price. I wouldn't advise anyone to come here. Pathetic service

The place inside is nice, just don't like the surroundings areas, the place is not to far from Carlton centre a 2min walk away

Safe but no ventilation no lifts

Worse flat ever

Its a bridging gap. But i witness a lot of domestic violence
