Drive through was very slow, and spent about an hour to finally collect meal. I asked about the slow service. I was told the systems were off line. We should have been made aware at the entrance as vehicles had no parking space and there was some confusion.Food: 3/5
Most disgusting and disappointing service. Staff are rude and unfriendly. Waited 40 mins for our food which we had to go back to get feedback, got told there was no tomatoes so they couldn’t prepare it. Tables aren’t cleaned. Waitress just flung the food on the table without drinks. And no happy toy included . Had to go back to find out about the drinks and toy . Manager wasn’t helpful at all. Staff aren’t trained. Poor service. Very disappointed
The food was delicious and the service was good. Really enjoyed our time there. I think the seating could be made more comfy but it was a good experience.Food: 4/5
Food is good but sometimes not to standard and service is questionable in some instances. Reasonable parking. Good eating seating. Parking: When busy no parking space available. Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair accessibility.
Food was quick and served hot. Burgers was smaller than expected but taste was 9.5/10. As always, McDonald's always delivers in taste. There is sufficient parking and an efficient drive-thru service as well as a McCafe for you sweet toothed peeps. Would've given this place 5 stars if the staff cleaned up after the previous customer's faster and were faster in attending to us. They tend to depend on customers using the 4 self service screens available.
This McDonald's has the best Mc Cafe hands down, they make the best Mc Cafe drinks. Definitely deserving of 5 stars Parking: Has enough parking Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp and parking for paraplegic
The 5 star rating goes to Fortune for Excellent customer service. This guy is the best staff member you have. I really commend his humanity. I ordered custard danishes after my sit in meal and unfortunately waited a very long time as there were some staff members that did not want to make them for me. This guy came in and apologized and said he will take care of it. He was very kind and spoke with respect, he offered me a drink while I waited which I thanked him but declined. He came up to me 3 times after every five minutes to give me an update and gave me my order with an appolgy and a smile. This kind of service is very rare to find and I hope Management at McDonald's looks into this and award him with an excellent customer service rating. Please award him handsomely as he is a highly valuable member of your team. Thank you fortune!
"No tomatoe sauce at a well established restaurant" .....thats very bad for business!...the not so friendly lady serves us our meals and tells us there's is no sauce . I mentioned to her why she did not inform the shortage of tomatoe sauce before paying for our meals , she rudly went to the back kitchen and returned with sauce in a plastic container with no reason. i appreciate the come back sauce in a clear plastic container Very unfriendly staff there .....will rather try another restaurant that treats their customers with abit more respect and manners . No stars
I ordered the Jalapeno Burger. To my surprise there was only 1 small piece of jalapeno. When reported to the staff, the manager came and said that is how the burger is suppose to be made. We requested for more jalapenos but no joy. I will never order that burger again. No worth the money I paid for it!!!Food: 1/5
Terrible experience on 3 Feb 2023 at around 9pm. No staff at the counters unless you call out a few times. Sign board says collect order but it's not ready until 10 minutes later. Then it's the incorrect order; it was the order for a customer that came much later, so it was a further wait. I asked to speak to the Manager; however, she just ignored me. Overall impression is pathetically poor customer service
