Everything was great! I loved the theme, and the look and simple elegance of the outdoor patio. Service was also great, although a little slower once more people started coming in. Expected though, of course. My server Flavia was amazing. She kept the tea and the sandwiches flowing. She even offered to help me take pictures, since I was dining solo. Not all of the food was phenomenal, but I would definitely do it again. I highly recommend the White Rabbit tea, but I believe you are allowed to try multiple if you can stomach it. Dietary restrictions: The table next to me had dietary restrictions, which were accommodated. I don’t recall exactly what the restrictions were though.

Our server Jorge was absolutely incredible. We had such a blast. The food was wonderful, and the gluten free options were magnificent at no extra cost. It was unlimited tea with cool themed flavors and unlimited savory treats. The sweet treats were more than enough. Great experience. Great food. This was my first experience with afternoon tea and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. We were able to reserve a table at the magical Mad Hatters Tea Room at the Sanderson Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful in guiding us through all the options of teas, savories and sweet treats. I would also like to give special thanks to our host/server, Jorge, who was one of the best part of the tea experience. We would highly recommend this endeavor to anyone living or visiting London. It is truly a one of a kind, bucket-list type of experience. For afternoon tea, they have you smell five different teas, and you pick one you'd like but you can always try a different one later as well. There is a musical jewelry box that contains sugar cubes, and they can bring milk if you ask. After about 10-15 minutes, they bring out the three-tiered platter of sweet and savory items. Come hungry because it is a lot of food. You can always request additional items if you like a particular snack. Some of the sweets were a little too sweet for me, but all of the savory items were delicious. Must-do in London.

I had a lovely experience at the mad hatters afternoon tea for my birthday. I loved the selection of teas and cakes. I’m a big fan of Alice in wonderland so I loved the theme. It is a little pricey for what it is though.Food: 4/5

Me and my sister came for the Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea. The service was fantastic, Jose was very informative and attentive. The cakes were amazing however for us the sandwiches were a little too outrageous in flavour! We would recommend people try this experience for something different to a standard afternoon tea.

I had the best experience here! I am an avid Alice in Wonderland fan, so this was so much fun! The atmosphere, tea, and food were all absolutely amazing! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I would recommend getting the Alice and Queen of Hearts teas. They were some of the best teas that I have ever had! I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in London and looking for tea!

Jose, our waiter, was very friendly and professional. The Alice table setting was beautiful. The tea itself was lovely, but the treats were a bit too sweet for my taste. The coffee flavored cake was my favorite. The savory items were average. The chicken sandwich had the best flavor. Overall, definitely still worth the experience.

Wonderful afternoon tea. We were very well looked after by Jose who could not do enough for us. Lovely that we could sample all of the teas and order additional sandwiches. There was plenty of food and we even brought a little bag home of the cakes we could not manage. Would definitely Recommend. Thank You

It was an amazing experience. The staff was extraordinary and so friendly! It was so much more than what we expected. All the sandwiches and desserts were amazing. Definitely a recommendation. I had the vegan option and it was Definitely worth the price!
